Job Description

The Digital Transformation office is the business transformation office to drive Client towards a digitally enabled and data-driven organisation. The office is responsible to define the digital vision, formulate digital strategies and develop the digital roadmap to frame and provide directions towards our digitalization efforts. The Digital Transformation office acts as the catalyst in driving digital transformation and is the bridge between business owners and technology supports. As the central office, The Digital Transformation office performs the role as the horizontal integrator to synergise and harmonise digital efforts and drive complex and cross-cutting digital initiatives for the organisation. Beyond business-technology, the roles of The Digital Transformation office also entails the raising of digitally skilled and creative workforce to empower our workforce to harness digital technology and embrace business transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Product Owner via management of Agile product team as lead for Data Analysts and actively support full product development process from conceptualization to delivery of solutions. Work with business stakeholders/users to develop end-to-end analytics solutions, from problem & use case formulation, data pipeline, proof-of-concept, to developing and deploying the solution into production. One of the key responsibilities is to create additional non-standard custom reports merged from data derived from our new Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and SAP Analytics Cloud) and other enterprise systems, via Cloud-native enterprise analytics platform tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks etc.) and deliver these reports to end users (e.g. Power BI) or other systems Work with business users and tech/data engineering/policy teams to continue improving the enterprise analytics platform, tooling and reusable assets. Track, validate and improve performance of analytical solutions developed. Responsible for providing operational support and maintenance of the data & analytics infrastructure platform and system. Member of the Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE), a community where like-minded professionals come together to cross learn, acquire exposure, and contribute to the delivery of data analytics projects across the organisation. Work and share with Analytics COE members & community to continue to develop advanced analytics capabilities, adoption of best-in-class techniques and practices. Responsible to curate, develop and conduct training sessions/workshops to equip COE members and wider organization with the necessary data analytics/science knowledge and skills. Any other related work to support the departmental or divisional goals as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence (or related) or related technical certificates. Minimum 10 years of experience in conceptualizing and developing advanced analytics or data science solutions to solve business problems. Familiar with analytics and/or machine learning platforms and how it integrates with upstream and downstream data and production systems. Experience of working with business users to gather/understand user requirements and working with tech/data team to improve analytics platform to resolve user pain points. Able to analyze business needs, articulate the solution framework including the model output, business decision and potential impact to drive the adoption of the solution. Excellent written, oral & inter-personal communication skills. Technical skills in SQL, R/Python, advanced analytics & visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, ML packages and tools. * Experience with Cloud services such as Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform will be an advantage.
