Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce detailed tender and construction drawings for mechanical systems. Define project scope, identify potential issues, and raise clarifications as needed. Evaluate quotations and bid documents to ensure alignment with project requirements nd specifications. Prepare and present comprehensive design reports to project stakeholders. Review and verify all design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Create and verify calculation reports to support the design process. Review and verify all design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Review and validate major equipment and material specification sheets. Approve major equipment purchase requisitions and ensure procurement aligns with project needs. Manage and coordinate external design tasks for respective disciplines. Conduct design handover sessions with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in detail design of Mechanical Systems (ACMV, Chilled water plant, Building Services, Cleanrooms, etc) Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other mechanical design tools Understanding of HVAC systems, piping, pressure vessels, plumbing, and other mechanical systems Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders * Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
