The Role Responsibilities

  • Create DevOps pipelines that will be used by the development community across the bank (~10k developers)
  • Automate controls and flows in a Shift-Left manner
  • Give real time feedback to the developers

  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles : Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10 years hands-on experience in DevOps
  • Hands on experience with DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Enterprise
  • Ability to design and build pipelines from ground up for on-prem or multi-cloud deployments
  • Be familiar with on-prem and Cloud deployments
  • Manage risk and automation and enforcement of controls
  • Good Communication skills
  • Manage senior stakeholders
  • Manage a team and executing in an Agile manner
