The Role Responsibilities

  • Design & Create & Maintain Software Delivery Ecosystem, which includes DevSecOps pipelines that will be used by the Engineers across the bank (~10k developers).
  • Automate and Design security & risk control automation to be embedded in SDLC.
  • Satisfy SLA for Software Delivery ecosystem that supports the engineering of the bank.
  • Ensure that DevSecOps systems are evergreen and maintained in terms of patches, vulnerability updates, and adhere to security & risk control standards & policies.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Over 6-8 years hands-on experience in DevOps & Software Development Lifecycle, CICD.
  • Hands on experience with DevOps tools, preferably Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with any of programming/scripting languages: Python, Go, Javascript.
  • Ability to design and build pipelines from ground up for on-prem or multi-cloud deployments.
  • Be familiar with on-prem and Cloud deployments in particular Microsoft Azure & AWS.
  • Be familiar with Infrastructure as Code ecosystem such as Terraform / Azure ARM template.
  • Experience with Migrating source control & CICD system is desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Security design & implementation is desirable.
  • Manage risk and automation and enforcement of controls, compliance as code experience is a plus.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Manage senior stakeholders.
  • Manage a team and executing in an Agile manner.
