Castlery is looking for a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to join our eCommerce Platforms TeamA newly created role, the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist will be a high-impact role in our Sales & Marketing team, responsible for driving the revenue completion and success of the go to market strategies.They\'ll work closely with existing Sales & Marketing team and external stakeholders to conduct market research, identify market opportunities and facilitate performance-marketing planning & implementation process.If you\'re keen on creating a space for people to thrive both personally and professionally and excel when working with high levels of autonomy and psychological safety, reach out!\xe2\x80\x9dWhat you\'ll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies on the Amazon platform.
  • Optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring efficient and effective market entry.
  • Monitor and analyze product rankings, driving initiatives to improve product positioning on best-seller charts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales target completion, ads ROI performance, and new product market effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Amazon advertising.
What you\'ll need
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with a focus on Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon\'s advertising platform and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize ad performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis and implementing effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Language skills to liaise and interact with mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in China.
