Job Description
- Take technical responsibility and identify technical risks within projects and drive the solution.
- Alternative components evaluation and drive the Change Management Process.
- Act as a subject matter expert or working towards becoming a subject matter expert (SME) for switch mode power supplies across Asia business.
- Ensure all customer returns are analyzed, perform tests and experiments as needed to support or confirm customer issues.
- Develop and supervise engineers and technicians
- Troubleshoot SMPS power supplies to identify root cause, and provide feedback to Quality, Manufacturing & Design teams with recommendations to drive the improvement or design changes
- Design power electronic converter topologies AC/DC and magnetics design.
- Strong technical knowledge of power electronic converter topologies AC/DC and magnetics design
- At least 10 years’ experience in design and engineering projects
