What the role is:As an Engineer/Lead Engineer (Ops Systems), you are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of ICT capabilities through effective planning, management, and deployment of resources. You will apply professional knowledge and expertise to support and enhance Home Team\'s operational capabilities.What you will be working on:The successful jobholder will be assigned to manage the maintenance or enhancement of ICT systems. He/She will be minimally responsible for the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Availability and reliability of the system \xe2\x80\xa2 Security compliance and audit requirements of the system \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and system support, including Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery exercises \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget and Asset management \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and reporting (monthly meetings, written reports, ad-hoc reporting, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem/issue management \xe2\x80\xa2 Change management \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation and ensure that all documents are up to date \xe2\x80\xa2 Vendor management \xe2\x80\xa2 Contract / Licence management and renewal \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk management and incident response \xe2\x80\xa2 Tech Refresh and Upgrade planning, monitor and renew hardware and software before End-Of-Life \xe2\x80\xa2 Put up papers for budget and approval \xe2\x80\xa2 Decommissioning of old equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure systems are compliance with GovTech and MHA Security PoliciesWhat we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Studies, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate needs to have 3 years of related IT working experience; \xe2\x80\xa2 Possessing project management certification such as PMP, CITPM or equivalent will be an added advantage; \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills.
