Take ownership for leading challenging projects
As a Lead Engineer, you will create the final Surface Wellhead and Tree engineering design from conceptual/proposal design approved by customer. You will be collaborating across multiple teams globally to assure requirements are captured in drawings and the design is finalized on time.
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing Surface Wellhead and Tree final engineering design which fit the needs of the client while emphasizing proven technologies and existing solutions.
• Generating designs, machine detail drawings, stack up drawings, Bill of Material, calculations, engineering part information, and Field Service Manual, to meet customer requirements and industry standard (API6A)
• Ensuring Engineering deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
• Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
• Employing the best combination of all preliminary information and contributing data to develop final design.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree in engineering preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Design Engineering for Surface Pressure Control Equipment or equivalent experience in relevant product.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience with Surface Wellhead and Christmas Tree product, with deep knowledge with API 6A and API 16A standard or equivalent experience in relevant product.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with 3D models and 2D machine detail drawings using CAD software.
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have the ability to apply thorough knowledge of engineering and drafting standards, codes and regulations affecting particular disciplines or drafting projects.
• Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment across different time zones.
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Have excellent report writing and presentation skills and an ability to articulate technical information clearly
