What the role is:We are searching for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer, who will be responsible to support, refine and maintain the standards of project management best practices within HTX. The jobholder is required to know and understand the setup of the technology environment & landscape, the policies and standards affecting this environment & landscape and associated risks and/or impact. The jobholder shall support to review Project requirements, deliverables & artifacts to monitor & track in alignment to the quality assurance metrics. The QA engineer plays an integrated and essential role in organisation\'s Process Management & Product Development Framework.What you will be working on:

• To establish and/or refine quality procedures, policies, and documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist & support in the implementation and enforcement of Quality Management best practice for ICT Systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist & support in promoting a Quality mindset, awareness, and culture throughout the organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure compliance and implementation of quality assurance standards and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 To collaborate with other departments/sections on departmental/sectional improvement projects to improve productivity, eliminate operational waste and increase efficiency of work. \xe2\x80\xa2 To collaborate and participate in all assigned Audit programs where applicable and necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support enforcing effective communication and social-interaction across all departments/sections whenever necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support overall changes in relation to manage and implement the new ICT systems and digitalisation initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 To facilitate project activities for a smooth rollout of the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support on the change process for system enhancements and managing Suppliers in their deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage user expectations, maintain good rapport and understand users\' requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To collect and analyse quality data, including metrics, customer feedback, and non-conformance reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related subject. \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous experience in quality assurance, quality management systems, or a related role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Project/Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain, to address quality concerns and implement improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Quality Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Project Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and frameworks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with quality audits and conducting internal or external audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in a Traditional and Agile/Scrum development process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter and can work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to identify deviations and anomalies in processes or products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and changes in quality standards and regulations. Advantageous to possess: \xe2\x80\xa2 ISO 9001 Quality Management certification \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMP. Advantageous to have experience in: \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in the public sector/Government agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Agile Project Development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use of data visualization tools and reporting tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
