As a Lead Engineer/Engineer in the Programme Planning Office (PgPO) in Enterprise Group (EG), you will undertake central tasks such as analysis & planning, coordination, and collaboration across EG.What you will be working on:The job-holder will be responsible for the following: Development of Enterprise Masterplans \xe2\x80\xa2 Incorporate the masterplans and roadmaps of the various EG Functions into a coherent integrated masterplan/roadmap that encompasses the enterprise wide initiatives led by EG \xe2\x80\xa2 Define scope and ensure clear ownership in design, delivery, fund source, contracting and maintenance of the various enterprise-wide initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify dependencies between the enterprise initiatives and ensure any potential gaps are addressed \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the SMEs in the respective Functions to ensure alignment of solution architecture, timeline, \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with multi-HTDs/cross-cutting PMCs to develop and implement new programmes to optimise strategic benefits or operational efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring of industry collaboration & vendor workstreams and issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Presenting recommendations to management and other stakeholders. Process Management and Enhancement within EG \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop approach and processes for onboarding of systems onto enterprise initiatives, including enterprise cost models, procurement approach, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage EG\'s internal processes, e.g., PM, KM, audit, etc, in particular review how to enhance and standardize best practices across EG \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage interfaces between EG, PMG, Cap Plans and other units (COE, CS) on cross-unit process and interface \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform research and data analysis to identify business trends and relevant issues in EG \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhance and automate the project monitoring and budget tracking processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking of performance metrics of PMG and their resource utilization \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist GD/EG in reporting to MHA/HTX management.What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical, interpersonal, communications and facilitation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible self-starter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in planning, trend analysis, process creation/transformation, business process engineering will be an advantage. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
