What you will be working on:
Project and Vendor Management o Manage different phases of project which includes budget paper approval, requirements gathering, environment setup, testing, migration, implementation and maintenance etc o Manage vendor relationships to ensure business objectives are met o Manage contracts and service level agreements to ensure system is properly maintained o Monitor and control project budgets, including forecasting and utilisation tracking System Maintenance and Compliance o Manage system maintenance, enhancements and audits. o Ensure system is regularly updated to comply with the latest governance policies and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance with GovTech and MHA policies. Stakeholder Management o Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical advice and solutions o Collaborate with HTX stakeholders for budget paper approval, crafting of technical specifications, consult subject matter experts and oversee procurement processes o Regular project updates to management
What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3-5 years in ICT project management o Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent disciplines. o Experience in full system development life cycle (SDLC) and system maintenance o Proficient in project management - Certification in PMP is preferred o Experience in government project and Instruction Manual 8 (IM) preferred. o Strong written and communication skills o Self-motivated and able to work independently All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
