We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team, focusing on creating industrial automation systems and designing motion systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles and practical experience in automation technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop motion control systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, focusing on high-precision positioning and movement. Analyze and optimize existing motion control systems to improve performance, accuracy, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motion control solutions into semiconductor manufacturing processes. Perform calculations and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.

Work Experience

Requirements (Must Have)

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing motion control systems, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of servo motors, linear motors, and precision positioning systems. Experience with CAD software for mechanical design (Creo). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements (Nice to have)

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to semiconductor manufacturing. Familiarity with Motion control, kinematics and their integration with motion control. Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial control systems. * Experience with simulation software for mechanical and control systems (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW)
