: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced facilitator to lead comprehensive training sessions on digital mindset, innovation, adaptability and digital trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Data Interpretation and Data Analysis Tools and Techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage participants of various skill levels.Responsibilities: * Deliver simulation-based training sessions on Digital mindset and Data analysis to mid to senior-level sales staff in the Banking Industry.

• Utilize real-life examples and case studies to enhance learning and provide practical insights.
• Adapt training materials to suit the specific needs and objectives of the client organization.
• Engage participants through interactive activities and discussions to ensure active participation and learning retention.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them develop and apply new skills effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Requirements: * Proven experience in delivering training programs related to Digital mindset, digital culture, and change management, within the BFSI sector.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
• Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit the needs of diverse audiences.
• Experience in facilitating simulation-based training programs is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in training and development are a plus.
