Finance SSC > SSC COO, VPS and Group Finance Controlling > PBU Controlling AME, CHI & ASP
Responsibilities

• Ensuring accounting and tax compliance as well as being involved in matters with local authorities and advisors
• Preparation of statutory accounts as well as management of statutory audits
• Reconciliation from IFRS Group Accounts to local statutory accounts
• Support in tax audits
• Continuously identify and highlight improvement initiatives in processes/compliance
• Support timely and accurate closing process including calculation of current and deferred taxes

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting or any Finance or Business-related courses
• With certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)
• 5 - 7 years of experience in general accounting background or controlling and reporting function role or from a relevant role
• Exposure to BPO / Shared service environment
• Experience in working with multi-cultural stakeholders
• With knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems
• Solid methodical and presentation skills
• Business Partnering experience

Competencies

• High-level experience in (1) Controlling Actual Financials and (2) Forecasting or Budgeting
• With a high level and specific knowledge of Accounting concepts and solid methodical skills relevant to financial analysis
• Ability in developing financial projections and building financial models
• Efficient documentation and process mapping experience
• A motivated person and having a "can do" attitude; a focused person in a complex, complex and an exciting environment
• Knowledge of using ERP systems. Experience in SAP and SAP-BI
• An advanced-level MS Office user - Macros
• High-quality in presentation, communication, stakeholder management and business partnering, including communicating numbers and data to non-financial people
