Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive
to help us grow our client base and support our sales team.What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and online channels Research and identify key decision-makers across target industries Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos Keep up to date with product knowledge to speak confidently with prospects Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and conversions
What You Bring:
Min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field 1+ year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
