Key Responsibilities

Inspire and train agents with proven lead-gen methods. Run engaging coaching sessions and real-world demonstrations. Lead by example, setting the standard for performance and energy.
3. 3. Activity Creation & Execution


Design and roll out exciting lead-gen activities that energize the team. Partner with marketing/sales to maximize campaign impact. Monitor and analyze outcomes to keep raising the bar.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or digital marketing. Bold, competitive, and challenge-driven mindset. Strong teaching and communication skills -- able to motivate others to level up. Highly creative, resourceful, and relentless in pursuit of results. Experience with CRM systems, social media, and digital platforms.
