We are a new private preschool opening near Lentor MRT in early 2026. We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Lead Infant Care Teacher
to join our founding team. You will play a key role in setting up the infant care environment, mentoring fellow educators, and ensuring high standards of care and education for infants aged 2 to 18 months.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the infant care classroom
Plan and implement age-appropriate programmes that support infants' holistic development
Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for infants under your care
Guide, mentor and support a team of Infant Care Teachers and Educarers
Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child's growth and milestones
Maintain compliance with ECDA and licensing standards
Requirements:
Must possess
Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)
or
Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
or above
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in infant care or early childhood settings
Strong understanding of early years development and infant care routines
Good communication and leadership skills
Warm, patient, and passionate about nurturing young children
