What you\'ll be doing on the job \xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance
\xc2\xb7 Responsible to establish best practices maintain IT Asset via Asset Management System
\xc2\xb7 Works with IT vendors to purchase hardware, software, and devices. Coordinates computer lifecycle replacement and management. Oversees computer and device inventory for online classes. Handles Enterprise Software license and software maintenance renewals.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for providing operational oversight of procurement operations processing, compliance, and problem solving of various types relating to procure-to-pay transactions including requisitions, purchase orders and payment requests
\xc2\xb7 To create a buying strategy that takes into account the company budget and necessary supplies and then they find matching vendors
\xc2\xb7 Helps organizations by boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.
