Role: Lead L2 Technical Service Engineer



Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Lead L2 Technical Service Engineer

to manage complex infrastructure issues, lead project deployments, and mentor junior engineers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking experience--along with a passion for problem-solving and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Resolve advanced technical issues across systems, cloud, and infrastructure Lead IT projects (e.g., M365 migration, server upgrades, AD setups) Review and ensure quality of infrastructure deployments Train and support L1/L2 engineers; document SOPs and best practices Collaborate with clients and internal teams for solution planning and delivery

Requirements:



5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Familiarity with Azure, backup tools, and basic networking (firewalls, VPNs) Experience in a Managed Services or Systems Integrator environment preferred Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or ITIL are a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
