The Lead, Marketing Projects supports the Head, Marketing Strategy in the formulation, development and execution of all key marketing project activities across segments and products for CPBB in accordance with CPBB business ambitions. He/she will partner with Head of Affluent Marketing, Head of Private Bank Marketing, Business Heads and Marketing Heads in the markets.
The role will need to be the CABM representative to manage and deliver turn-key projects, taking a marketing science and data-centric approach to help support CPBB\'s marketing strategies and priorities. The individual will also be a key support to drive all CPBB Marketing projects (E.g., Marketing Transformation, Joint business plans with media owners, marketing data partnerships, other turn key projects that need tactical attention by the marketing team).
Scope and Deliverables
Support the formulation and development of and lead in the execution of key CPBB marketing projects to achieve effective outcomes.
Work closely with key business stakeholders in developing robust project plans (this includes discovery, design and deployment).
The job holder will work closely with the various teams within CPBB CABM team for alignment of overall marketing and communication strategies.
The job holder will also work closely with the markets that are in-scope for particular projects.
Identify measurable key client centric metrics for the projects developed and delivered, and work closely with Data & Insights team to ensure project metrics outcomes are tracked.
Work closely with internal partners and vendors (creatives, outreach, event management, etc.) for successful delivery of projects.
Support Head of Marketing Strategy for other scope as required.
People and Culture
Develop strong internal relationships across all markets and business teams to ensure effective partnerships among colleagues across CPBB and CABM.
Drive impactful engagement between CABM global and regional teams, providing guidance on localisation of global strategies, programmes and implementation of these in regions.
Foster collaborative working and approaches across markets, central and vendor teams.
Budgets and Finances
Support Head of Marketing Strategy for management of CPBB marketing budget.
Work closely with CABM and CPBB finance to create one view of the CPBB marketing budget.
Review budget versus spends with key stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment and cost effectiveness.
Risk Management
Manage marketing standards to reinforce overall SC brand positioning through consistency in tone, manner, look and feel, and gain competitive market advantage.
Governance
Implement a standardised affluent marketing operating rhythm including market planning, campaign execution, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement model.
Understand the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum BA or BS degree required, MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in Marketing projects/ campaigns
Oral communication and another Asian language would be preferred.
Track record of successful project management experience; PMP & Agile certification preferred.
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage, influence and manage senior business stakeholders.
Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight to drive the best outcome possible.
Hands-on individual contributor with an eye for detail and a proactive, self-managed working style.
