This role requires good organizational/coordination skills and management of a small team of process engineers. Direct contact with the client and vendors will be necessary. The principle role of the Lead Process Engineer is to:

• Assist to plan, define, award and manage various Engineering Contractors technical deliverables for both basic engineering and detailed design.
• Assist to plan, define and award and manage Package Vendors technical deliverables and equipment delivery.
• Manage the closeout of HAZOP actions.
• Ensure compliance with Client basis of design and corporate specifications.
• Prepare, interface with client and maintain a deviation request list with regards to all Client specifications.
• Prepare project-specific discipline-related technical specifications and drawings with regards to all Client, Company and Classification Society requirements.
• Ensure that all contractors and vendors meet the contractual, Classification Society and technical requirements related to process engineering discipline.
• Responsible for providing support towards development and consolidation of multidiscipline engineering registers/lists.
• Assist in interface engineering registers, P&IDs, calculations and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Studies recommendations and best practices.
• Own, manage and coordinate for all aspects related to the Process Simulation.
• Assist trouble-shooting during construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning, through to start-up, and including during operating regime.
• Travel as required, including but not limited to shipyards in SE Asia region, China, Middle

• \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in Chemical Engineer
• Min. 15 years experience in similar role.
• Good use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good use of Navisworks
• Proficient in HYSYS simulation
• Able to write Technical Reports
• Experience in execution of FPSO projects
• Experienced in Oil & Gas Process
• Previous Lead Role for engineering contractor
• Previous Lead Role for other FPSO contractor
• Proven experience of reviewing & commenting on deliverables from contractors
• Willing to take on 2 years contract.
