Lead Product Manager (Head of Product), Growth Incentives

As part of the Senior Product Management team, you will be building internal tooling and user experiences around promotional mechanics to acquire, (re-)engage and delight customers. You will own product capabilities around various types of incentives, such as vouchers and discounts, which need to be targeted and optimized to create a personalised user journey. Partnering with marketing and commercial teams in three different regions of the world will ensure that our and the restaurant\'s marketing budgets are spent wisely and with maximum effect. You will lead a team of Product Managers and work with peers in Engineering, Design and Data to define and execute a product strategy for sustainable growth using incentives.

  • Set the vision, product strategy and roadmap to drive growth and business impact.
  • Define metrics to measure the health and success of your products and initiatives.
  • Run experiments to support your product decisions with data.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to optimize acquisition funnel and improve user onboarding.
  • Understand user needs and build delightful user experiences in collaboration with the design team.
  • Align with business stakeholders and other product teams to drive meaningful outcomes and ensure cohesive user experience.
  • Lead product execution and help your squad members thrive.
  • Work closely with the engineering teams across products to build scalable and robust solutions.
  • Keep apprised of innovations and trends in the industry as well as emerging technologies and inspire teams to stay ahead of the curve.
What you can bring to the table:
  • 8-10 years of experience with the Product/Tech Space and a minimum of 3-5 years as a people manager
  • You have been successful building products for consumers in growing markets (experience in consumer facing products is strongly preferred)
  • You are equally comfortable developing product strategies and roadmaps, deriving insights from data and understanding high-level technical architectures.
  • You are obsessed with the user experience and have a track record of successful collaboration with designers.
  • You have experience running experiments and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, balanced with product sense, to drive product decisions.
  • You are good at leading and influencing and demonstrated product leadership in the past.
  • You have experiences managing senior product managers and multiple squads
  • You have solid experience leading agile teams and great at turning epics into well-structured user stories.
  • You have experience working on complex technical products working as high scale
  • You are willing to take action, challenge the status quo and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance priorities.
  • You are great at communications and have experience presenting to senior management and building consensus.
  • You have a curious growth mindset paired with strong execution.
