Lead Product Manager (Head of Product), Growth Incentives
As part of the Senior Product Management team, you will be building internal tooling and user experiences around promotional mechanics to acquire, (re-)engage and delight customers. You will own product capabilities around various types of incentives, such as vouchers and discounts, which need to be targeted and optimized to create a personalised user journey. Partnering with marketing and commercial teams in three different regions of the world will ensure that our and the restaurant\'s marketing budgets are spent wisely and with maximum effect. You will lead a team of Product Managers and work with peers in Engineering, Design and Data to define and execute a product strategy for sustainable growth using incentives.
