The Employer is a group company of one of Indonesia\'s largest conglomerates. The diversified business group has interests in several traditional and technology sector corporations, boasts a multi-billion-dollar combined sales turnover, and employs more than 200k employees. For the Digital Solutions division of its telecom business, it is interested in bringing on board an experienced Project Management/Scrum Master professional for its software engineering group. Position: Lead - Project Management/Scrum Master Job Code: EXP/PML-SM/INDO/0423 Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities Reporting to the CTO for Digital Solutions, the selected candidate will facilitate and coach the Agile development process, ensuring that the development team follows Scrum practices. He/She will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and transparent environment, removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality products while maintaining a sustainable pace of work. Key responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the team, ensuring that all members are aligned on project goals, requirements, and expectations. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate the Agile development process by coaching the team on Scrum practices, principles, and values, and ensuring they are consistently applied throughout the project lifecycle. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring that the team understands and commits to achievable goals, and manage the execution of sprints, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. \xc2\xb7 Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder the team\'s progress, working with stakeholders and other teams when necessary to resolve issues and keep the project moving forward. \xc2\xb7 Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the team\'s performance, efficiency, and product quality. \xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed, and project updates are communicated effectively. \xc2\xb7 Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into the team\'s progress, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of Agile practices. \xc2\xb7 Encourage and support the professional growth and development of team members, helping them to continuously improve their skills and knowledge. Requirements Ideal candidates will have: \xc2\xb7 Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering \xc2\xb7 At least 12~15 years of relevant experience \xc2\xb7 Strong experience of managing application development projects \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, working with software development teams. \xc2\xb7 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, principles, and values, as well as experience with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean. \xc2\xb7 Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership, project management and coordination skills \xc2\xb7 Passionate about building digital solutions, especially for younger generations.
