Take ownership for leading challenging projects
The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for developing, monitoring and updating project schedules, ensuring alignment with cost, scope and quality requirements, while also contributing to risk management, resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Translating work breakdown structures (WBS) and project deliverables into fully resourced schedules and demand and capacity charts.
Ensuring critical path analysis, float calculations, and what-if scenario planning are carried out effectively.
Integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and testing activities into a single master schedule.
Assisting in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals.
Supporting in balancing schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects. Support risk management by identifying schedule-related risks and opportunities.
Supporting project performance analysis, generate dashboards, S-curves, and reports for management and stakeholders.
Implementing continuous improvement into project resource, schedule and cost management
Participating in change management and assess impacts of scope variations on time and cost.
Identifying delays, risks, and variances; recommend recovery or mitigation actions.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Have at least 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with 2 years in a project management role.
Have proven track record of supporting complex engineering and testing projects from initiation through closeout
Have strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and related project planning tools
Have knowledge on the industrial standards (API, ANSI, ASME)
Have knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Waterfall, EPC)
