The CompanyOur client is a fintech business and seeking a Lead QA Engineer. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this individual will assume the responsibility of analyzing requirements, strategizing, constructing, sustaining, and executing a meticulously automated, high-performance test pipeline for our software offerings.

The RoleThis position is responsible for upholding the software product\'s holistic quality, acting as a safeguard prior to production deployment. This involves strategizing the appropriate test scope and test cases, taking into account product use cases and user journeys, alongside their technical underpinnings. The role also entails automating UI and API tests, utilizing suites of automated functional tests, seamlessly woven into our CI pipeline. Thorough documentation of all test cases and scopes, as well as the creation of comprehensive test reports, are integral aspects of this role.

Your ProfileYou must possess a B.Sc in technology-related fields or a relevant Diploma. Essential technical proficiencies encompass a range of automation frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver, WebdriverIO, JUnit, TestNG, RestAssured, Mocha, Chai, and Pytest, applied in both UI and API testing. A minimum of 3 years\' practical engagement in automation testing is required.
