We welcome the self-starter, committed and forward-thinking to join the team that has delivered multiple "first-everaEUR in the financial services industry.WHAT YOU WILL DOBe the gate keeper for Quality area.Prepare test planning, preparation and execution in support to multiple teamsResponsible for planning and executing end-to-end testing across all testing phases within a Project/Program.Responsible for planning and coordinating production deployment verification.Ensuring established standards are met and planned objectives are achievedPrepare test strategy, test plan, test cases based on business requirements documents and system design documents.Actively participate in the walkthrough sessions with business and technical teamsPrepare defect logs, facilitate defect triaging, regular status reporting, test phase closure reports, entry/exit criteria and SDLC gatingActively Contribute to and maintain team's automation tool set.Pro-actively seek to make continuous improvements to test coverage, execution and test automationLead Test Automation strategy and properly articulate environment needs and dependencies.Lead and support design and development of reusable automation test scripts, ensure continuous maintenance, utilizationCreate and / or maintain automated test data sets as well as validate test environments.Conduct data quality assessment & design solutions to detect and improve test data qualityEnsure all test artifacts and activities adhere to testing standards, satisfy gating criteria and audit requirements and are stored in the company's designated site.Contribute to and maintain team's internal knowledge base and mentor other QA resourcesWHAT YOU NEEDu Graduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineeringu 6+ years of Testing experienceu Knowledge in QA methodologies and best practicesu Attention to detail is a mustu Experience in Insurance and Financial service is advantageousu Experience working on Agile Projects and exposure to collaboration tools.u Advanced knowledge of testing and software development practices in Mobile and Online applications and methodologies, version control practices and defect management practicesu Solid understanding of diverse technologies and distributed systems, with the ability to understand and acquire new technical skills.u Experience in REST API / Middleware testingu Experience in Performance testingu Good Understanging of CI/CD toolsu Strong Working experience in testing Applications on cloud preferably Azureu Experience with Accessibility testing on Web based and Mobile ApplicationsStrong working experience of creating automation solutions using Selenium Webdriver for web-based applications for Mobile automationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,500.00 - $7,000.00 per monthBenefits:
