Job Description


  • Permanent Role
  • Up to Basic $2,800 (Degree Graduates from $2,600 onwards) + Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance + AWS + VB
  • Specialty Chemical Manufacturing, Jurong Island
  • Graduates in chemistry or relevant are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of QM SAP is a bonus

Responsibilities:
  • To continuously plan, organize and perform routine QC analysis of incoming material, in-process, and finished process samples in accordance with documented testing methodology.
  • Planning and coordination of the workload are required to meet the demands of other departments and the wider business.
  • To be responsible for making daily decisions on any QC results, problem-solving skills are required to ensure only true results are accepted which could have a minor impact on the business.
  • Proactively identify and initiate continuous improvements to products and systems used within QC.
  • May be responsible for calibration of equipment and maintenance of the records following routine procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Chemistry or relevant
  • Attention to detail, planning and organizing,
  • Detail knowledge of QM SAP is a bonus
  • Knowledge of chemistry.
  • Requires initiative and motivation as well as being an enthusiastic team player.
  • Stress tolerance is required. with high work standards and the ability to work with no supervision.
