Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Lead Sales Representative, to be based in Singapore for our Honeywell Process Solutions. This position will be the Life Sciences subject matter expert to lead and complete APAC Market Segmentation, Strategy and tactical actions to implement the strategies. In addition, develop & implement Regional Business Plan as part of Go To Market Strategy aligning with regional market dynamics. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with APAC Line of Business and Sales Leadership to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

This role will require to:

  • Set up a strong weekly review mechanism with the regional sales team and global leadership to track progress on Orders and Pipeline
  • Work with regional sales & marketing teams to identify and develop Strategy to win key pursuits based on customer needs organization\'s differentiation & unique value proposition
  • Develop Upsell strategy and white space analysis in new and existing client bases using software-based offerings
  • Develop new solutions by working with Marketing, Technical consultants and other stakeholders to address upcoming industry and market needs
  • Develop and executed marketing plan including market research, leading campaigns, develop marketing collaterals like New Product Introduction and Pricing
  • Engage with APAC & Global Business Leaders to garner support to implement regional marketing strategies
Provide education on Honeywell products through technical presentations, seminars and workshops

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master\'s degree / equivalent, with some experience
  • 10 yrs experience in the life science industry OEM or Drug manufacturing with deep technical expertise
  • 10 years of sales year experience across APAC on Industrial Products
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying strategy
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • Being completely self-motivated
  • An ability to influence across a broader organization and customer while maintaining healthy relationships
