Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 0830hrs to 1730hrs **Occasionally required to work shift hours if there's manpower shortfall (Stand-in) Work Location: 15A Sunview Way (West)

s:

• Stand-in on site as part of the manpower strength, as and when required.
• Assist CSOM in managing the daily site security related operations (including deployment and rostering), and the performance, morale, and discipline of the Security Team.
• Assist to conduct On-Job-Trainings (OJTs), briefings, and trainings for the Security Team to ensure the officers are competent in discharging their duties effectively in accordance with site requirements and to keep them updated on any developments that may occur from time to time.
• Coordinate the support needed from the Security Team for site related events, VIP visits etc.
• Assist to conduct reviews and prepare After Action Report for incidents related to the Security Team onsite.
• Assist with the enforcement of SOPs onsite.
• Assist to cover supervisory role at the work site in the absence of OM.
• Assist to collate medical leave.
• Assist to collate NS recall order from officers.
• Liaise with HQ logs team on uniforms, stationeries and equipment.
• Assist OM on the creation of new joiner’s biodata.
• Assist recalling officers to cover for short fall.
• Other security related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
  

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Possesses Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) PLRD license or above.
• Prior experience in handling a dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Strong multi-tasking ability preferred.
