Lead / Senior System Game Designer
Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the product design of casual games, including but not limited to gameplay design, system function design, uniqueness and must be well like by the players.2. Fast and effective in coming out with new mobile game ideas, details, produce new game demo and continue to test and to meet players' expectations.3. Assist project lead in the formation and management of the team.4. Formulate and implement project plan, and be responsible for the overall results of the project.Requirements: 1. Preferably with experience in launching at least a mobile game.2. Preferably with more than 5 years of game planning experience and have successfully launched casual mobile games.3. Have long-term and in-depth research on different casual game categories.4. Have keen insight about the market, independent opinions and overall view on development of the casual games;5. Have in-depth understanding of the target audience and ability to determine clear direction of the product optimization by analysing user behaviours and data6. Familiar with the game hybrid monetization business model, with business thinking, rich experience and methodology for game tuning.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per monthBenefits:
