Be qualified to develop interventions and programmes within the organisation . Be able to perform community development work and also help uplift the professional practice through delivering education and training . Serve as a mentor to Social Workers to guide them holistically . Lead and conduct case assessment and risk assessment for complex cases with high risk by taking into account the integration of a range of information independently . Prepare and maintain social reports and other documents for complex and high-risk cases . Review social reports and other documents prepared by social workers to ensure quality standard . Foster partnership with multi-disciplinary team and agencies to deliver care and case plans . Lead the delivery of domain-specific interventions . Lead high risk case conferences in domain area . As a domain expert, review and provide advice to guide the development of group work by social workers and counsellors . Lead the conduct of local demographic profiling and other relevant analyses . Provide advice and consultation to guide the development of community work programmes by social workers and counsellors . Supervise and mentor social workers in their professional development . Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and supervisor Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: . Bachelor, Postgraduate Diploma or Master in Social Work . Post Graduate qualifications in specialised field of practice (for e.g. trauma informed practice, motivational interviewing, etc) Core Competencies: . At least 10 years of experience in casework and counselling, running group work initiatives, and community work . Good interpersonal and teamwork skills . Demonstrate sound and updated professional knowledge and skills in social work . Strong Clinical and supervision skills Preferred achievements / characteristics: .
