We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - DevOps (PHP/Python) with strong expertise in software engineering, CI/CD, and cloud operations. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in a hands-on environment, while also contributing to team collaboration and technical decision-making. You will design and deliver scalable solutions, implement modern DevOps practices, and ensure reliable cloud-based operations.

What You'll Do:
Software Engineering (40%)

• Design and develop robust, secure, and high-performance software solutions in PHP or Python.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

• Support scalability and performance optimization across platforms.

DevOps & CloudOps (40%)

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Oversee deployment processes and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, and alerting for reliability.

• Champion DevOps practices to improve speed and quality of releases.

Collaboration & Mentorship (20%)

• Work closely with remote development teams (India-based) and other stakeholders.

• Assist in sprint planning, task estimation, and technical discussions.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in PHP or Python.

• Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).

• Good understanding of networking, IT security, and scalable system design.

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in E-Commerce, B2B, or B2C systems.

• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
