Position Summary Your main role is to do application solutioning with assigned squad on a particular problem statement assigned to Digital Factory as a MVP approach projects. In this aspect, you maybe interfacing with various team members from different chapter depending on the project requirements. To the best of your knowledge, you will design a solution that is robust, secure, scalable and importantly design with failure in mind. It is key that you are also able to translate your solution into the right system architecture adhering to healthcare standards. Knowledge of cloud solutioning will be a bonus as well. Operationally, you will work closely with the assigned Agile Squad and scrum master to proactively understand product backlogs and translate them into part of 2 weeks sprint planning delivery cycle. Importantly, you need to still be able to code.

Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and lead in technical design and quality review
• Develop, configure and implement system applications and external system interfaces in accordance to user requirements
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing and project implementation with knowledge of methodologies and procedures for application testing and quality assurance
• Demonstrate strong experience in Microservices design and Asynchronous architecture.
• Investigate into defects, research for problem resolution and implementation problem rectification.
• Strong practice in code review within the team.
• Provide operational support and ongoing iterations after implementation, including troubleshooting of post-production issues

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Have been in Agile development environment for at least 5 years.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in developing new applications and strong knowledge of coding practices with strong involvement in production level environment.
• Strong Proficiency in .NET framework and .NET core
• Experience in developing various Web technology like SPA, PWA using Node.js, ReactJS, Redux, React-Router, JQuery
• Strong experience in Microservices development is a bonus
• Strong knowledge in MSSQL and familiarity in various relational DB such as MySQL, Postgres or NoSql databases like DocumentDB / MongoDB is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Messaging Queue and Distributed Caching eg. Redis, Kafka
• Experience in Unit test and code coverage tools e.g. Jest, Cobertura, Sinon, Chai
