Job Description

We are working with a leading global Utilities & Energy Group. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a Lead Solution Architect to join their Singapore Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on designing, building, and deliver complex successful systems and applications and/or experiences efficiently and with quality
• Architect solutions and implementation approach by working across other Engineering teams and other Divisions in SP Group
• You will drive continual process improvements in areas like unit test, code review, CI, CD and other Engineering initiatives that improves observability, resiliency and scalability. Establish engineering best practices and participate in code/architecture reviews.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers and external vendors as required in the course of project delivery
• Recruit and retain high-quality engineering talent, both at offshore and Singapore location.
• Collaborate broadly to develop product and technology roadmap for the business.
• Communicate high-level strategy and technical details effectively across disciplines, locations and organisations, including with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor the professional development of direct reports through personal and performance management. Form a collaborative and motivated team.
• Strategic roadmap planning in collaboration with product, product analytics, data science teams.
• You will drive continual process improvements in areas like unit test, code review, CI, CD
• Support the Director, Engineering to plan, drive and implement technical initiatives.
