As the Lead Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in customer technical engagement and development, focusing on building relevant relationships through technical, solution-focused, and outcome-driven commercial engagements. Representing our digital and software portfolio, you will support customers transformation journeys and drive key outcomes like sustainability, carbon zero initiatives, building optimization, and smart building management.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and influence technical discussions for the solutioning of our Smart Building IoT platform, aligning with customer business objectives.
• Ensure technical product fit for high-impact customer use cases, delivering architectural design sessions and determining technical feasibility.
• Manage customer requirements, lead solution workshops, and analyze business requirements to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Engage with IT and technical decision-makers (TDMs) to understand their technical environment and requirements, confirming product fit and defining technical success criteria.
• Deliver digital solution demonstrations and lead architectural design workshops with customers.
• Qualify opportunities based on customer technical requirements, solution vision, competition, decision-making processes, and funding.
• Provide technical thought leadership, consulting, and education to clients on smart building solutions.
• Execute holistic integration plans for system interactions and communications.
• Contribute to product teams by sharing insights and quantitative impact for technical blockers to influence product development.
• Collaborate with regional sellers, Solution Specialists, and Customer Success teams to ensure full solution value delivery.
• Provide team management support and occasionally lead the team.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IoT solution infrastructure, including device management, data processing, optimization, and security models.
• Domain experience in smart places such as commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, industrial workplaces, and smart cities.
• Proficiency in designing solutions involving Edge, cloud, analytics, and UI, with experience in both on-premises and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, Python) and API integration is desirable.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise, value-based technical solution, and software sales.
• Strong business acumen, rhetorical skills, and collaboration abilities, with the capability to build Executive level stakeholder relationships.
• Adaptive, agile, and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in a large, matrixed organization and guiding team members.
• Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region.
