Our Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Analyst in IT Applications to join their dynamic team!

Be part of our clients large scale medical record system project.

Role and Responsibilities

• Transition Team

• Work with multiple system functional analysts and to analyse the interdependency of the systems involved in each Go live cycle/period to ensure a successful cutover
• Prepare approval paper to sought project funding
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• EUD Team

• Be the bridge between the application analysts and the EUD team. Structured and analytical approach to the identification, diagnosis and rectification of TDR (technical dress rehearsal) issues.
• Work with Application Analysts to provide scope decisions, develop testing instructions, provide best practices, and help coordinate printer and device workflow build and testing.
• Provide oversight for the planning and process of client devices and technical dress rehearsal.
• Provide feedback on workflows and whether existing hardware will function correctly in the Epic environment. Also help build out print mapping and order transmittal printing workflows.
• Assist the TDR project manager to ensure that all aspects of the TDR are on schedule, identify gaps between AA and EUD, recommend solutions/workarounds.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
• Minimum 3 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platforms
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Epic
• ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service oriented experience / background preferred.
