Get to Know the Role
As the Lead Technical Program Manager, you will manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish across a wide range of topics - primarily focused on how Grab serves businesses across SEA. As a TPM you'll be the bridge between various Engineering teams as well as with business teams, by working with people from all parts of Grab's online and offline/operational teams to deliver new features to market that impact the lives of millions of passengers, drivers and merchants every day. Your mission is to accelerate impact, build performing teams, remove inefficiencies, drive effective prioritization and streamline tech processes. You will report to the Senior Technical Program Management Leader and work onsite at Grab's office in One-North.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will create and manage program plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resources for large-scale technical projects.
• You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration across engineering, product, design, and business units.
• You will assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• You will drive roadmap planning and prioritization to align projects with organizational goals.
• You will establish Agile methodologies across teams to optimize efficiency.
• You will act as a key contact for senior leadership, providing program updates and performance metrics.
• You will mentor junior program managers to support skill and career development.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Program Management Expertise: Over seven years of technical program management experience, with five or more years managing complex Agile software projects.
• Software Development Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes to effectively oversee projects and work with technical teams.
• Agile Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and experience implementing Agile frameworks to guide teams effectively.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Experience working with and building for sales teams, understanding their processes, and improving efficiency multifold.
• Salesforce Program Management: Experience with programs around Salesforce implementation and releases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership, business, and sales stakeholders to align strategic goals and drive project success.
• Strategic Planning: Capability to develop planning frameworks and roadmaps for long-term success.
• Risk Management Abilities: Capacity to identify, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
• Tool Expertise: Extensive experience with JIRA and Confluence, including leveraging these tools to build automations that enhance project management efficiency.
