Job Description

The Lead Technician is responsible for the achievements of the dept, which includes quality assurances, work improvements, are within the defined processes. The candidate is also responsible for the equipment, tools and facilities in the Eform work area.Job Responsibilities:

• Lead QC department.
• Operates QC equipment such as thickness gauge, hardness tester, visual measuring machine, standscope, microscope, micrometer etc in a safe and productive manner.
• Performs inspection on outputs such as foils and mounted stencils, laser cut stencils, laser cut-out piece parts, pump print stencil, shim, COHU Probe Pin, etc.
• In charge of Bellow Qualification, ie functionality check, dimension check, cross section check and etc
• Performs data collection for thickness, XY, aperture size, hardness etc for traceability.
• Updates inspection data into server / database and technical drawings.
• Performs record keeping of all measurement data to ensure good traceability.
• Handles special stencil such as dual layer, 3D, thin foil etc in a careful manner.
• Performs job scheduling effectively to ensure proper production planning.
• Responsible for Calibration & Calibration Database.
• Responsible on ISO Documentation and Quality Record.
• Participate in ISO Internal & External Audit.
• Work with contractor or supplier for maintenance & calibration matters.
• Rectifies production problems when needed and performs simple repair works.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned.
• Must be able to work additional hours to support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s needs.

• Mon to Fri: 7am \xe2\x80\x93 4.30pm with rotating shifts if required

Salary:

• Up to $3000 + AWS + VB

Job Requirements:

• At least NITEC / Higher NITEC in Chemical
• Preferably

2 years experience in Quality Assurance area * Able to work in chemical production environment

• Team player & Strong communication skills
• Takes initiative
• Good understanding of safe working practice
• Able to work rotating shifts
