Our client, a leading player within the financial services sector, is seeking a Technology Assurance Specialist to join their team here in Singapore. As a Technology Assurance Specialist, you will be an essential contributor to the firm\'s technology risk management and compliance efforts. Your role will involve assessing, auditing, and enhancing the security, reliability, and compliance of our technology systems and processes. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive technology risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and control deficiencies.

• Plan and execute technology audits, evaluating the effectiveness of controls related to data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology control frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide guidance on interpreting and applying relevant regulations and standards to technology operations.

• Participate in incident response activities, contributing to the analysis and resolution of technology-related incidents.

• Evaluate third-party vendor technology risks, assessing controls, security measures, and contractual compliance.

• Prepare detailed and actionable audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and remediation plans.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technology assurance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or related field

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent.

• Demonstrated experience with at least 8-9 years of experience in technology assurance, risk management, or audit within the financial services sector.

• Strong understanding of financial operations, IT infrastructure, and technology-related risks.

• Proficiency in technology audit methodologies, cybersecurity principles, and data protection regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and documentation.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
