What the role is:

The jobholder will be part of a dynamic team which works in the nascent area of behavioural profiling and credibility assessment technologies.
What you will be working on:
The key responsibilities of the job holder are to: o Innovate, develop, and implement behavioural profiling technologies for the Home Team o Develop computer vision Proof-of-Concepts (POC) to detect observable behaviours o Perform AI modelling, training, inferencing based on video data o Integrate modalities such as physiological responses, voice stress and facial expressions o Design the User Interface for the POC o Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of users to advance behavioural profiling technologies in the Home Team o Participate in technical conferences and author/co-author scientific publications
What we are looking for:
Candidates should possess: o A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Computer Engineering o Strong interest in Computer Vision o Good knowledge of AI and Machine Learning o Candidates with no prior experiences are welcome to apply. Those with at least 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for senior positions. He / She shoul o Have good interpersonal and communications skills for engagement with internal and external stakeholders o Be able to work independently and handle pressure well o Be a team player o Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills o Be able to write and speak well * All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
