Job Description
Our client is a global leading engineering consultancy firm that specialised in Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure projects. They are working on multiple projects in Southeast Asia and is looking for a Principal / Associate Director to join their growing team in Singapore.

- Lead the electrical design and engineering team for large data center projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
- Ensure quality control of all electrical engineering designs
- Manage the project budget and schedule
- Collaborate with other teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Min bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or Chartered is a plus
- Min 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design
- Min 2+ years of Data Centre or Critical System experience
- Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
- Have good knowledge of common design software.
- Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline
- Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder
- Ability to mentor a team
- Strong people management skill
