Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage a team responsible for lead engagement, qualification, and appointment setting Oversee lead acquisition and management from marketing channels Ensure timely and effective scheduling of appointments Monitor lead quality and follow-up effectiveness Conduct and participate in both in-person and online meetings with partners and team members Coach and develop team members in communication, time management, and customer engagement Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support campaign success

Requirements



Minimum 'A' Level or Local Diploma in any discipline Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales support, or customer engagement Proven leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong organisational, scheduling, and time-management abilities Comfortable with both face-to-face and online interactions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Results-driven with a strong sense of professionalism
