The officer in this role will be part of the Singapore Programmes and New Markets team within the Singapore Global Network and will be based in Singapore. The key deliverables of the role will be to expand and engage SGNs networks in Singapore and cultivate partners to expand SGNs engagement capacity and capability.
[What you will be working on]
Identify opportunities to grow SGNs networks and develop partnerships, programmes and non-digital products to engage our Friends and Fans of Singapore as potential talent, connectors and advocates for Singapore.
Develop and implement online and offline engagement initiatives with networks and ecosystem of partners that best achieve SGNs outcomes. For example: dialogues, forums, campaigns, networking events etc.
Grow and cultivate a network of multipliers and partners and forge tactical collaborations with them in line with SGNs mandate.
Build a vibrant community around Friends and Fans of Singapore, using digital and offline modes, to maximise engagement and meet business outcomes.
Collaborate with Singapore Government agencies for greater whole-of-Government efficiency and impact in the engagement of our networks.
Deliver community insights to inform SGNs strategy development and operational planning.
[What we are looking for]
A university degree in any discipline with at least three years of working experience in partnership/business development/digital and content marketing/sales.
Strong analytical, strategic and lateral thinking skills to translate insights and data into ideas and plans.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
Ability to understand and respond to regional nuances.
Sociable, empathetic and able to engage a varied profile and sizes of audience.
Team player with ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Ability to travel when required.
