The JobThe Lean Engineer (Lead) plays a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of LEAN intiatives across the organisation in support of the company's Vision, Mission and Values. You will have the opportunity to work with key leaders and cross functional teams to come up with roadmap and execution milestones to drive improvement KPIs aligned with business objectives.The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree with solid experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing operations within the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of achievement using Lean methodologies
• Ability to influence and drive changes in an organisation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably certified in Black Belt / Master Black Belt
