Full TimePosition OverviewAssist with administration and management of the Human Resources function such as training and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectivesThe RoleA. Learning and Development1. Handle the implementation, administration and monitoring of in-house training programs2. Coordinate, conduct and / or facilitate training and development activities3. Equip supervisors and line managers with the skills and tools to mentor, train and provide job coaching4. Monitor budgets and grant schemes for learning programmesB. Organisation Development1. Conduct organisational diagnosis to assess and analyse the current state and identify opportunities for organisation development and/or change interventions2. Manage and facilitate student internship programme and initiativesC. Relationships and Communication1. Plan and execute communication activities using the appropriate channels/ tools for the targeted audience2. Direct and administer employee relations programs and activities such as employee recognition and service award ceremonies, social functions and general hotel meetings to maintain a positive employee relations climate.3. Manage submission of awardsTalent Profile1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification2. 2-3 years experience in HR & Training from an upscale hotel3. Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills4. ACTA/ACLP certified will be added advantage5. Knowledge of local training contracts and government initiativesJob Type: Full-time
