- Provide in-depth training on the bank\'s diverse range of products and services.
- Ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to communicate product information accurately and effectively to customers.
- Elevate the overall customer experience by enhancing the soft skills of the bank\'s employees.
- Craft comprehensive training programs aligned with the bank\'s strategic goals and objectives.
- Implement robust assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Minimum degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in a banking or call center environment.
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage training schedules, materials, and logistics.
