Learning and Development + Campus Recruiter Senior Manager Location: CBD Working: Hybrid This position is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Early Talent recruitment from attraction to offboarding for the JAPAC region as well as strategic and operational responsibility for HR People & Organizational Development projects. Responsibilities:

• The job requires end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, including conducting assessments and onboarding for all local graduates in the JAPAC region.
• Spearheading and curating on-campus activities to promote Early Talent recruitment.
• Supporting local hiring activities and partnering with the global recruiting CoE to implement best practices for hiring while acting as the guardian of culture and providing continuous improvement feedback.
• Designing, facilitating, and evaluating target group-specific development programs, team-building sessions, learning formats, and off-sites with a focus on APAC.
• Liaising with local, external training suppliers in APAC while ensuring training quality standards are met.
• Managing individual development requests and the respective portfolio, providing individual consultation for staff and management on personal development measures with a focus on the JAPAC region.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven track record in the Early Talent space in the JAPAC region
