The Role
The L&D Consultant is a newly created role that will be responsible for driving ongoing learning and development initiatives. This includes liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business. It requires close collaboration with managers and employees teams around the world, as well as other external providers.
You will:

  • Partner with managers and employees to understand and investigate learning needs
  • Be responsible for managing, designing and delivering workplace learning programs
  • Work with individual employees to create, implement and evaluate learning plans
  • Meet with individual employees to discuss their career and learning goals
  • Work from home - where and when you work best!
  • Coordinate internal and external learning programs in collaboration with managers and employees

  • Proven experience in L&D working with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience working in an international company with overseas stakeholders
  • Strong English skills and a confident communication style
  • Experience in instructional and digital learning design
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and L&D
