Main point of contact for inquiries and support, acting as the front office interface for all stakeholders involved in the training sessions.
Work with Regional Learning Centre team to facilitate and administer training plans, schedules, and budgets to meet the training needs of all stakeholders.
Participate in Regional learning projects as needed.
Support Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.
The Requirements:
Nitec or Higher Nitec in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or training environment.
Able to commit 6 months.
