We are looking for a

Learning & Competency Partner

to play a strategic role in building a future-ready workforce. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning programmes for a large and diverse employee base.

Lead end-to-end Learning Needs Analysis

(training needs and/or competency gap analysis) -- from gap identification to planning, training solutions, rollout, and execution.

Work closely with business leaders

to co-develop learning plans and training strategies that address capability gaps.

Design and manage curriculum programmes

, including learning pathways and structured frameworks.

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors

to deliver tailored training solutions.

Implement governance structures to support competency development

(e.g. steering committees, competency leads).

Drive flagship initiatives and learning events

that anchor a strong learning culture.

Review programme effectiveness

and recommend improvements.

What you bring:

HR or ICT degree, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in learning & development Hands-on experience in curriculum or programme design/management and vendor management Proven track record in full cycle Learning Needs Analysis (training and competency gap analysis). Strong learning partnering skills, able to collaborate and influence business stakeholders effectively. Growth mindset, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary will commensurate according to Candidates' Work Experience & Qualifications
